Vascular Biology 2018 will feature two NAVBO Workshops and special sessions on therapeutics, resolution inflammation and signaling in inflammation. Join us at our new venue in Newport, Rhode Island.

This is a great opportunity for you to reach this diverse audience.

Plan now to exhibit at this premiere event in the field of vascular biology. Meet with your colleagues from around the world (on average 20-25% of our attendees are international)  and display your latest technology, supplies and equipment to professionals in the fields of vascular and cardiovascular biology. 

NAVBO Workshops provide in-depth, cross-disciplinary approaches to subject matter. These workshops bring together leading scientists in cell biology, signal transduction, developmental biology, immunology, cardiology, molecular biology, as well as pathology and physiology who have an underlying interest in vascular biology.  We expect 400 participants and approximately 200 abstracts.  Usually half of the attendees are senior investigators and about 25% are postdoctoral fellows.  The remainder of the attendees are a mix of graduate students and clinician-scientists.  

The entire program features prominent speakers and, in addition, there are oral and poster presentations by abstract authors, and exhibitors who demonstrate the latest products, services, and technology in the fields of vascular biology.

Dismantling of Exhibits
Wednesday, October 17  - 12:30-2:00pm
If you do not plan on taking advantage of the Wednesday morning break and need to depart on Wednesday morning, you can dismantle your booth on Tuesday at 10:00pm (please notify NAVBO staff prior to the meeting)
If applicable, schedule pick up of equipment, etc. for 
Wednesday, October 17 in the afternoon.

Exhibits must be kept intact until the closing of the exhibits.
All aisles must remain clear for public passage.

Visibility within the Meeting Program and Web Site
A list of exhibiting companies will be included in the final Meeting Program, the event mobile app and will be posted on the meeting's website at www.navbo.org/events/vb2018.  Product descriptions are included in the Program, meeting web site and meeting app.

Meeting Program
Exhibitors must provide a 100 word product description and web address for inclusion in the Meeting Program.

Mobile App
The mobile event app can be used for lead retrieval.  In addition, you can buy ad space in the form of splash screens and banners (see info at right).  Include additional detailed product and service information in your app profile.  Start a dialog in person at the meeting and keep it going after the meeting.

Virtual Conference Bag

Registration List
Exhibitors can receive the NAVBO membership list upon requestmade by October 1, 2018. Exhibitors will receive the meeting attendee list (after the meeting) free of charge.

Integrated with the Posters (and coffee breaks)
Scientific poster presentations and exhibits will be co-mingled and located adjacent to session rooms in order to provide exhibitors with the most traffic. Different posters will be presented on each day.  The poster sessions are Monday and Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 10:00pm.

Mobile App
In 2017, 340 participants downloaded the app! Our mobile event app can also be used for lead retrieval. In addition, you can buy ad space in the app (see info at right) and include detailed product descriptions including images and service information in your app profile. Start a dialog in person at the meeting and keep it going after the meeting.

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations  

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times. NAVBO  provides each booth space two (2) paid registrations that will provide booth staff full access to all scientific sessions and breaks. Additional booth staff or representatives from your company must register as meeting participants.

Promotional Items and Activities
Exhibiting companies are permitted to distribute promotional materials and other items at their Exhibit Booth location only. All distributed items must be useful to the professional activities of the meeting attendees and made available to all meeting attendees as long as supplies last.

No soliciting of registrants is permitted in the aisles, in other exhibitor booths, or in any other area reserved for this meeting. No distribution of literature or other promotional items at hotel guest rooms, or in any other public or private area of the conference center or hotel is permitted.

Subletting Exhibit Space
Subletting any part of the exhibit space by an exhibitor is prohibited.
