Vascular Biology 2019 will feature two NAVBO Workshops and special sessions on therapeutics, morphogenesis and organ-specific vasculatures. Join us on Monterey.

This is a great opportunity for you to reach this diverse audience in 2019.

NAVBO Workshops provide in-depth, cross-disciplinary approaches to subject matter. These workshops bring together leading scientists in developmental biology, genetics, bioengineering, matrix biology, cell and molecular biology, as well as pathology and physiology who have an underlying interest in vascular biology.

The entire program features prominent speakers and, in addition, there are oral and poster presentations by abstract authors, and exhibitors who demonstrate the latest products, services, and technology in the fields of vascular biology.

Dismantling of Exhibits

If applicable, schedule pick up of equipment, etc. for Wednesday morning, October 30,  2019.

Exhibits must be kept intact until the closing of the exhibits.
All aisles must remain clear for public passage.

Visibility within the Meeting Program and Web Site
A list of exhibiting companies will be included in the final Meeting Program, the event mobile app and will be posted on the meeting's website at www.navbo.org/events/vb2017.

Meeting Program
Exhibitors must provide a 100 word product description and web address for inclusion in the Meeting Program.

Mobile App
The mobile event app can be used for lead retrieval.  In addition, you can buy ad space in the form of splash screens and banners (see info at right).  Include additional detailed product and service information in your app profile.  Start a dialog in person at the meeting and keep it going after the meeting.

Virtual Conference Bag
A web page that holds pdfs of  any literature you would like to share with the registrants (or any site visitor) prior to the meeting (here).

Registration List
Exhibitors can receive the NAVBO membership list upon requestmade by October 1, 2019. Exhibitors will receive the meeting attendee list (after the meeting) free of charge.

Integrated with the Posters
Scientific poster presentations and exhibits will be co-mingled in order to provide exhibitors with the most traffic.  The poster sessions are Monday and Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 10:00pm.


Exhibitor Rules and Regulations  

Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times. NAVBO  provides each booth space two (2) paid registrations that will provide booth staff full access to all scientific sessions and breaks. Additional booth staff or representatives from your company must register as meeting participants.

Promotional Items and Activities
Exhibiting companies are permitted to distribute promotional materials and other items at their Exhibit Booth location only. All distributed items must be useful to the professional activities of the meeting attendees and made available to all meeting attendees as long as supplies last.

No soliciting of registrants is permitted in the aisles, in other exhibitor booths, or in any other area reserved for this meeting. No distribution of literature or other promotional items at hotel guest rooms, or in any other public or private area of the conference center or hotel is permitted.

Subletting Exhibit Space
Subletting any part of the exhibit space by an exhibitor is prohibited.
